Terms and Conditions for PixelMyst Studio

Effective Date: July 16, 2025

Welcome to PixelMyst Studio! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Client") and PixelMyst Studio ("we", "us", or "our"), operated by Dariia Boyeva as a sole trader in the UK, for any design, development, or consulting services provided.

1. Services

PixelMyst Studio provides web design, development, and related services as outlined in individual project proposals, quotes, or contracts.

2. Payments

• All projects require a 50% deposit to secure a booking in our calendar.
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the final website or files are handed over.
• For larger or ongoing work, milestone payments may be arranged.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer or other agreed methods.
• Late payments may incur a fee of £25 per week overdue.

3. Timeline & Communication

• We will agree a project timeline at the start.
• Delays caused by late content or feedback from the client may push the timeline.
• Open communication is essential — we'll keep each other in the loop to stay on track.

4. Revisions

Our standard package includes up to two rounds of revisions. Additional changes may incur extra charges depending on complexity.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• The deposit is non-refundable once the project has started.
• If the client cancels after work has commenced, additional fees may apply based on work completed.

6. Ownership & Usage

• Upon final payment, the completed site or deliverables become the client's property.
• PixelMyst Studio retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio and promotional materials.
• We reserve the right to include a small design credit in the site footer unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients agree to provide all necessary content, images, feedback, and access in a timely manner.
• Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legal use of any content provided.

8. Website Maintenance & Updates

Unless otherwise agreed, we do not provide ongoing maintenance. If desired, a maintenance package can be arranged for updates and support.

9. Liability

• PixelMyst Studio will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by using the website or service.
• Clients are responsible for backups and security unless stated otherwise.

10. Rush Work

Rush requests (i.e., work needed with less than 3 working days' notice) may be accepted at our discretion and are subject to a 25% surcharge.

11. Legal

These terms are governed by UK law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
